Taiwan Education Center Indonesia (TEC) Yogyakarta collaborated with Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) by holding an Online Seminar on Monday (19/9/2022) via Google Meet. This agenda aimed to spread nformation regarding Taiwan’s education, scholarships, and the Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) 2022. The agenda was opened by an opening speech given by the Dean of Faculty of Economics, Prof. Heri Yanto, M.B.A., Ph.D.

In this occasion, Bima Aoron as the manager of TEC Yogyakarta, introduced to the participants about what is TEC and he also shared a lot of important information regarding study in Taiwan including the scholarships offered by the Ministry of Education Taiwan, the universities, and the TEEP 2022. 

Not only Bima who shared information about study in Taiwan, but also Naufal, an Alumni UNNES who is currently studying in National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Taiwan. He shared about his experience in Taiwan as a student and he also gave some tips to the students who are interested in continuing their study in Taiwan. 

Overall, this Online Seminar was very insightful and the participants were active in giving questions to the speakers. In addition, TEC Yogyakarta also promoted the upcoming agendas, such as Online Mandarin Class 2022 and the Taiwan Higher Education Fair (THEF) 2022. Hopefully, this agenda could enlighten the participants, especially those who have interest for studying in Taiwan.
