Taiwan Education Center (TEC) Indonesia Yogyakarta Regional Office has successfully held another Webinar with Taiwan university, National Changhua University of Education (NCUE), entitled “International Program and Scholarship in National Changhua University of Education” via Google Meet on Thursday (18/8/2022).

National Changhua University of Education (NCUE was established in 1971. Presently, there are 7 colleges, with 20 undergraduate programs, 36 master programs and 13 PhD programs within NCUE. NCUE is ranked 31st in Taiwan and 1895th in the World 2022 overall rankings, plus got TOP 50% in 21 academic topics. Edu Rank’s ranking for NCUE is based on 3 factors: research performance (a proprietary algorithm evaluated 5,193 publications and 95,958 citations), non-academic reputation, and the impact of 3 notable alumni.

In this agenda, Ms. Cherie Su accompanied by her colleague, Dora, became the representatives from NCUE to deliver the presentation regarding the international programs and scholarship, and Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) 2022 in NCUE. Moreover, they also explained about the international Foundation Program 2022 which available to apply for the international students.

This Webinar was held to give the participants an introduction and insight about studying in Taiwan especially in NCUE. The participants of this Webinar varied from high school students, university students to lecturers from all over Indonesia. This agenda was full of excitement and the participants were very active in taking notes of the presentation and asking many questions to the speakers.
