On Friday (19/8/2022), Taipei Economic and Trade Office (TETO) Indonesia together with Taiwan Education Center (TEC) Indonesia held The Online Orientation Class 2022 for Ministry of Education (MOE) Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES) Awardees. This agenda was held virtually and attended by TETO Indonesia, TEC Indonesia, the representative of IISMA, the representative of IISMAVO, and all the MOE Taiwan Scholarship and HES Awardees 2022 .

This event was held to gather the 2022 MOE Taiwan Scholarship and HES Awardees and giving them information regarding the regulations before entering Taiwan, quarantine measures, and many others. Before the presentation began, Ms. Grace Ou, as the director of the Education Division TETO Indonesia, delivered her opening remarks and congratulated the awardees for their accomplishment.

The team of TEC Indonesia, both from Jakarta and Yogyakarta regional office, gave presentation about Taiwan regulations and study in Taiwan and they also answered the questions from the awardees during the question-and-answer session. Moreover, following the presentation by TEC, was a presentation by the former MOE Taiwan Scholarship, Ms. Sumiyati, who delivered comprehensively about her experience as an awardee and how to survive in Taiwan.

Not only Ms. Sumiyati who shared about her experience, but a former HES Awardee, Ms. Junita Yolanda also shared to the participants about her journey in Taiwan. This agenda was held to support the awardees as a student in various universities in Taiwan. TETO Indonesia and TEC Indonesia hoped that this agenda could give them information and help them in preparing themselves for their next journey.
