On Monday (24/10/2022) Taiwan Education Center (TEC) Indonesia – Yogyakarta visited Universitas Serambi Mekkah (USM). This institution is  located in Banda Aceh and is one of the private universities in this location. At this agenda, TEC Yogyakarta was welcomed by the rector of USM,Dr. Teuku Abdurahman, SH, Sp.N along with the Head of OIA, Ms.    Sabrina, S.Pd., M.AppLing., M.Tran. This agenda was attended by the lecturers as well as the students of USM. 

TEC Yogyakarta not only visited USM on this occasion, but also delivered a seminar entitled “Study in Taiwan and Obtain Scholarship: Planning Your Academic Journey in Taiwan” to the participants who have joined in the room. The information which was provided was not only about the scholarships offered by the Taiwan government and Taiwan university, but also about the programs organised by TEC such as Online Mandarin Class 2022 which is about to be held next November. The students were very enthusiastic and interested to gain information regarding study in Taiwan. Some students asked about the scholarship for master degree which is provided by Taiwan government. Meanwhile, the lecturers asked about doctoral degrees and research fellowship that are available for them in Taiwan.
