Taiwan Education Center (TEC) Indonesia – Yogyakarta continues its 2023’s seminar program to one of the secondary schools under Muhammadiyah, SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta on Thursday (5/25/2023). On this occasion, the officers of TEC Yogyakarta, Bima and Dinda, came to provide the latest information regarding study in Taiwan and help the participants to find the best plan for their next education journey, especially in Taiwan. TEC Yogyakarta was welcomed by the Vice Principal of SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta, Mr. Wawan.

After opening the session, TEC Yogyakarta began to introduce its activities as well as its purposes to the participants which consisted of students and teachers. Following the introduction of TEC, Bima delivered his presentation regarding study in Taiwan, consisting not merely about scholarships, but also about the information of student exchange programs between Taiwan students and Indonesian students. This program was gaining a lot of attention, especially by the teachers and students. 

Fikri, one of the students in this school, threw a question regarding the steps and procedures in preparing the requirements for the upcoming Taiwan’s Ministry of Education (MOE) Scholarship in 2024. Not only students, but the teachers were also very enthusiastic to know more about this program. Moreover, since Taiwan’s government scholarships are only open once every year, Bima suggested the students to be more attentive to the requirements and procedures by regularly checking the official website of TETO’s Education Division and the official social medias of TEC Indonesia.
