On Tuesday (17/5/2022), Vice Regent of Pinrang Drs.H.Alimin,M.Si took the time to meet and receive the visit of Manager of Taiwan Education Center (TEC) Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Mohammad Bima Aoron Hafiz, in his office. In this meeting, Mr. Alimin said that basically the Pinrang district government really supports every effort to improve the quality of Human Resources through education.

Furthermore, Mr. Alimin hoped that the Pinrang Regency Government and TEC UMY could build cooperation primarily related to the student exchange plan between students in Pinrang and Taiwan. This exchange plan aims to give international exposure to the students.

Meanwhile, TEC UMY Manager Mohammad Bima Aoron Hafiz revealed that TEC UMY is currently exploring the collaboration intended by Mr. Alimin. This is intended as an effort to improve the quality of education and provide opportunities for students, especially in Pinrang, who wish to continue their studies abroad, especially in Taiwan.

During this visit, Bima also explained and introduced Taiwan as one of destinations for continuing study abroad. He said there were various options of universities and scholarships in Taiwan. Bima hopes that with this collaboration, students in Pinrang will be able to develop their knowledge and resources by continuing their studies in Taiwan, which is currently rarely seen by students.
