1. The purpose of the event: The Ocean Committee shall, in accordance with the tasks and missions entrusted by the organic law, comprehensively manage the integration of ocean affairs, strengthen the planning of ocean policies and implement and promote to achieve a high-quality marine country that is ecological, safe, and prosperous. To actively promote the 2030 bilingual policy, to accelerate the bilingualization of higher education, and to align with the administrative goals of the “National Ocean Policy White Paper”, The 2023 Taiwan International Conference on Ocean Governance is specially held for six major policy goals, including the development of kinetic energy and the cultivation of academic research energy.
2. Themes of the International Conference: 1. Maritime Law and Administration, Marine Culture and Marine Education; 2. Marine Science and Technology; 3. Marine Ecological Conservation; 4. Sea Area Security. 5. Marine engineering; 6. Six major fields including marine industry

• Date of notification of full-text review results: Notification of review results by April 14, 2023 (Friday)
• Deadline for registration: May 10, 2023 (Wednesday)
• International Conference Date: May 25 (Thursday) to May 26 (Friday), 2023

• Submit the full text: Contributors should submit the full text of the paper in English before March 3, 2023 (Friday). Electronic manuscripts should be in Word2000 format or above.

• Paper review: The papers of this international conference will be reviewed anonymously, and accepted papers will be published at the international conference.
• Rewards for thesis competition: NT$18,000 for the first prize in each of the six major fields, NT$10,000 for the second place, NT$6,000 for the third place
• Submissions Accepted manuscripts will be included in the TICOG2023 Abstract Proceedings.
• Registration fee: No registration fee is required for this international conference.
