TEC Yogyakarta continued providing a seminar of Study in Taiwan to the students and teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Kasihan (SMSR) on Friday (11/17) morning. SMK Negeri 3 Kasihan is one of the vocational high schools located in Yogyakarta. SMK Negeri 3 Kasihan is a vocational school that was the first to initiate fine arts majors as a field of expertise or major. Therefore, this school was also known as Sekolah Menengah Seni Rupa (SMSR) or Fine Arts High School.

Before entering the presentation session, the principal of the school, Sihono, S.Pd., delivered an opening remark. Furthermore, the seminar was delivered by Bima Aoron, the manager of TEC Yogyakarta. During the presentation session, participants were provided with information regarding the Ministry of Education (MoE) Taiwan Scholarship, Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES), university scholarship and other programs of TEC Indonesia, such as Online Mandarin Class.

During the Q&A session, many participants were questioning whether the scholarships by Taiwan’s MoE are difficult to obtain or not. Not only questioning about the scholarship, some students were also interested to know more about learning Mandarin directly in Taiwan. Last but not least, the team of TEC Yogyakarta took some pictures with the students and teachers.
