On Wednesday (1/31), Taiwan Education Center (TEC) Yogyakarta participated in a Career Fair conducted by SMA Negeri 1 Depok, located in Sleman regency in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This event aimed to promote and inform students and teachers about the various Indonesian higher education program options, internship opportunities, and career paths they could consider in the future. During this agenda, TEC Indonesia Yogyakarta regional office was providing comprehensive information regarding Study in Taiwan and the scholarships.

The event took place from 07:00 to 11:30 AM (GMT+7), participated by up to 20 prestigious Higher education institutions throughout Indonesia, with more than 200 high school students from grades 10th-12th in attendance. The opening ceremony was delivered by the committee at 08.00 AM. After almost an hour, students were finally allowed to walk around and visit the available booths.

TEC Yogyakarta’s booth was visited by a bunch of high school students who were enthusiastic about the programs offered. They were super curious and interested during the event. Some students, and even a few teachers, asked about what the requirements are and how the explained programs work. Some also wanted to know how to get in touch with TEC Yogyakarta as they found the info very helpful for digging into more details about studying abroad, especially for those eyeing Taiwan for an academic adventure.
