To continue the introduction of Taiwan education and learning environment, TEC UMY has collaborated with Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) OKU Timur to hold an Online Seminar “Study in Taiwan and Obtain Scholarship”. This agenda conducted on February 16th and the opening speeches were delivered by the Head of University, Mr. H. Prioyitno, S.Pd., M.M. and Mr. Yordan Gunawan as the Head of International Relations Office (IRO) UMY who is also the PIC of TEC UMY.
Due to COVID-19, this seminar agenda was held online via Google Meet. However, the enthusiasm of participants in this agenda was very high since there are hundred of participants who joined the Online Seminar. This agenda focused on discussing the education system in Taiwan and how to successfully obtain a scholarship to study there. The students were very active in discussion by asking questions to the speaker and they gave positive feedback throughout the agenda.
