Greetings from the Mandarin Studies and Culture Center (MSCC) at Ming Chuan University (MCU)!

In order to encourage more students to come to Taiwan and study Mandarin, MSCC provides the following special plans to reduce students’ financial burden :

(1) Anyone who applies for MSCC Scholarship and goes to MSCC to study can enjoy the first phase of tuition reduction. So, the tuition fee for the first semester is NT$ 20,000, then the original price (NT$ 28,000) will be restored from the second semester;

(2) MSCC can also provide student dormitory. The accommodation fee is NT$15,000 per semester (three months), which can greatly reduce students’ living expenses in Taiwan.
