Manager of Taiwan Education Center (TEC) Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Mohammad Bima Aoron Hafiz, was given the opportunity to meet the Head of Branch of the Education Office for the Region X of South Sulawesi (Pinrang, Enrekang, Tana Toraja), Mr. Baharuddin Iskandar, S.Pd., M.Pd on Tuesday (17/5/2022).

During this meeting, Bima and Mr. Baharuddin discussed the upcoming opportunities for the students in Indonesia, specifically the secondary school students in Pinrang, Enrekang and Tana Toraja to study abroad especially in Taiwan.

In the discussion, Bima explained the aims of the establishment of Taiwan Education Center and its purposes and plans. Mr. Baharuddin hoped that the students in Pinrang, Enrekang and Tana Toraja could have the opportunity to feel the international exposure and improve the quality of their education by having a student exchange program with the students in Taiwan.

Mr. Baharuddin said the he is very welcome with TEC UMY and waiting for many more agendas and opportunities together. Hopefully, this collaboration can come into realization in the near future.
