Taiwan Education Center (TEC) Yogyakarta collaborated with SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta by holding a seminar on Thursday (12/14) at the hall of SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta. This agenda aimed to spread information regarding Taiwan’s education, scholarships, and the Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) 2024. The agenda was opened by an opening speech given by the Vice Principal, Ms. Betti Sri Purwani, S.Pd., M.Eng.

On this occasion, Bima Aoron as the speaker of TEC Yogyakarta, introduced to the participants about what TEC is and he also shared a lot of important information regarding study in Taiwan including the scholarships offered by the Ministry of Education Taiwan, the universities, and the Taiwan Experience Education Program or TEEP 2024, a program from the MOE of Taiwan which allows the students to gain an opportunity of being an intern in one department of one particular campus in Taiwan.. 

Overall, this seminar was very insightful and the participants were active in giving questions to the speakers. In addition, TEC Yogyakarta also promoted the upcoming scholarships which will be available soon in the beginning of 2024, such as MOE Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship. Hopefully, this agenda could enlighten the participants, especially those who have interest in studying in Taiwan.
