Taiwan Education Center (TEC) Indonesia – Yogyakarta continued its 2024’s seminar program to one of the governmental high schools in Yogyakarta, SMA Negeri 11 Yogyakarta on Friday (2/16). On this occasion, the officers of TEC Yogyakarta came to provide the latest information regarding study in Taiwan and help the participants to find the best plan for their next education journey, especially in Taiwan.  TEC Yogyakarta was welcomed by the Vice Principal, Ms. Agustin Susilowati, S.Pd., along with the other teachers.

After opening the session, TEC Yogyakarta began to introduce its activities as well as its purposes to the participants which consisted of students and teachers. Following the introduction of TEC, Bima, the manager of TEC Yogyakarta, delivered his presentation regarding study in Taiwan, consisting not merely about scholarships, but also about the information of student exchange programs between Taiwan students and Indonesian students. This program was gaining a lot of attention, especially by the teachers and students. 

Furthermore, since Taiwan’s Ministry of Education (MOE) scholarships are already open for registration, one of the students in this school, threw a question regarding the steps and procedures in preparing the requirements for this scholarship. Not only students, but the teachers were also very enthusiastic to know more about this program. 

Lastly, since Taiwan’s government scholarships are only open once every year, Bima suggested the students be more attentive to the requirements and procedures by regularly checking the official website of TETO’s Education Division and the official social media of TEC Indonesia.
