The Graduate School of Advanced Technology was established to enable the advancement of industries of key focus to Taiwan and become an essential base for next-generation technologies. Many students enjoy internships with top-notch technology companies in sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing; these hands-on experiences pave the way for their career success after graduation.

The Graduate School of Advanced Technology offers three English-taught graduate programs:
– Integrated Circuit Design and Automation
– Semiconductor Device, Material, and Hetero-integration
– Nanoengineering and Nanoscience

Free Chinese-languages classes are offered to international students in degree programs.
